Delete your account & data

In the app (fastest)

• Open the app → Profile tab → Delete account → confirm.
• Your profile, phone number, birth details and chat history are permanently removed from our systems within 7 days.

By email

Can't access the app? Email info@sainaniinnovations.com from any address with the subject "Delete my account" and the phone number you registered with. We verify and complete deletion within 7 days, then confirm to you.

What is deleted vs kept

• Deleted: account profile, phone number, birth details, all chat conversations, saved preferences.
• Kept (legal requirement): bare purchase/tax records of Google Play transactions, retained for the period required by Indian tax law. These contain no chats or personal profile data.

Partial deletion

You can delete only your birth details (used by astrology experts) anytime in Profile → My details → Delete birth details — your account and chats stay.
