MyFutureTalk ("we", "our") is operated from India. This policy explains what information the MyFutureTalk With AI app collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose.
What we collect
- Phone number — used only to create and sign in to your account (one-time password login). We never sell it or use it for marketing calls.
- Profile details you choose to give — such as your name and, if you use astrology experts, your birth date, birth time and birth place. These are used solely to personalise those consultations.
- Your conversations — chats with AI experts are stored with your account so your history is available across devices. Message content is sent to our AI service providers to generate replies.
- Purchase records — question-pack purchases are processed by Google Play. We receive confirmation of purchase, never your card details.
- Basic app diagnostics — crash reports and anonymous usage statistics that help us fix problems.
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
- We do not show third-party advertising.
- We do not read your chats except in anonymised, aggregated form to improve quality, or when required by law.
- Palm or face photos, when that feature is offered, are analysed to produce your reading and then deleted — they are not stored.
AI transparency
Every expert in the app is an artificial-intelligence companion and is clearly labeled "AI". Replies are generated by AI language models. They are supportive guidance, not professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
Where your data lives
Account data is stored with Google Firebase (data region: Mumbai, India). AI replies are generated via secure API calls to our AI providers. All transfers use encryption (HTTPS/TLS).
Your rights & choices
- Access / correction — view and edit your details anytime in Profile → My details.
- Delete birth details — one tap in Profile → My details.
- Delete your account — Profile → Delete account, or see Delete account & data. Deletion removes your profile, chats and personal data from our systems within 7 days (purchase records are retained as required by tax law).
Children
MyFutureTalk is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
